• S&S Cycle V111 engines are perfect for applications that require great horsepower and torque, but not at the expense of dependability and engine life• They are similar to the V124 engines, but the shorter stroke results in lower piston speed for longer engine life, and less vibration• The lower compression ratio makes fuel requirements less critical, and the automatic electric compression releases make starting even easier• V111 engines are available in natural aluminum, black wrinkle powder coat and polished finishes, and for carbureted applications only• The S&S Super E carburetor is standard equipment, includes S&S Cycle Super Stock ignition system• Super Stock ignition system protects engine with a 3-step break-in rev-limiter during first 24-hours of operation and logs engine data that can be viewed via a PC when equipped with diagnostic cable and software• Initially configured for electric start, however, it is kick-start capable• Two year warranty• Short stroke produces less vibration and longer engine life• Large cooling fins - increases cooling efficiency• HVHP (High Volume High Pressure) oil pump• S&S 585 cam and lightweight single coil valve springs minimize valve train noise• S&S forged rocker arms• Shorter than stock height engine makes installation easy• Chrome plated rocker covers, tappet guides, and gearcover• Bore 4-1/4″, stroke 4-1/4• These engines are intended only for closed course competition use and are not legal for vehicles used on the street• S&S engines are shipped without oil• Not legal for sale or use in California on any pollution controlled motor vehiclesProduct Specs for S&S Cycle V111 V Series Complete Engine Natural
