All purchases that total over $50 at EasyR Australia come with FREE postage Australia wide unless otherwise specified in the item description. If the purchase totals below $50 a flat rate of $7.50 will be added for postage.
Express post is offered on a broad range of products and can be selected at checkout for an extra fee.
If you have any special requirements for postage, please contact us so that we may provide a quote or estimate of any extra costs that may be involved up front (ie – postage insurance).
We are happy to accept pickups from our shop situated at 2/97 Delta Street, Geebung QLD 4034. Please indicate pickup at time of checkout, you will be contacted when your order is ready to be collected. This is usually same day, however can take 1-2 business days, depending on how busy we are.
We endeavor to dispatch all items within 1 day of receiving payment. If your item is unavailable or there is an unforeseen delay we will contact you to via phone or email.
We will not be held responsible for late delivery due to a fault of the delivery service used.
Small items are sent using Australia Post eParcel. We also offer an express post option via Australia Post.
Large items over 105cm and 22kgs are sent using Star Track.
All parcels contain a tracking number and require customer’s signature upon delivery. If you wish to have Australia Post or Star Track leave the item without a signature (authority to leave), please advise us in the notes section of your order. EasyR Australia will not be held responsible for any items that are misplaced or stolen if you choose this option.
We are not responsible if your item is damage or lost in the mail. Insurance is optional and at the buyers discretion. If you require insurance in regards to you purchase please Contact Us and indicate your insurance request.
