How To Return Your Item
We are more than happy to offer the option of a refund*, store credit or exchange on most change-of-mind returns received in brand-new condition within 30 days of delivery. Exclusions to our 30-day-return policy are noted below and may include exhausts, seats, luggage, handlebars, large engine components, Knock Out (KO) Deals, clearance, and special-ordered items. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies for a return, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team for confirmation here.
Please note: Items that have been special ordered are non-refundable and non-returnable unless being returned under warranty. Please see our warranty form if you have special ordered a product you believe is faulty.
*Shipping is non-refundable; the original shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund if you have utilised our free shipping offer.

Place the item back into the original package, with all tags and accessories. Item must be in original condition.
Do NOT attach anything to the original product package. This may invalidate your return.
Place the item AND the receipt back into the EasyR box or any other secure packaging.

Enter your order and contact details as requested in the form below. This form will be sent to our Returns Team to assist in processing your return once it has arrived.

Once redirected to the next page, click 'create returns label.' Enter the details requested by AusPost and submit the form to generate your return label. Please note: any labels created for change-of-mind returns will incur a $13.10 fee.

Carefully package the item as it was sent to you, and seal it with tape to prevent damage to the item and product packaging.

Once the item has been securely repackaged and the label attached, drop the item at your Local Post Office or Post Box for delivery to us.
Products damaged beyond repair during transit would only be eligible for return if the item was packaged as described throughout our return policy.
Please allow 1-2 business days from the delivery date for our Returns Team to process your return. If you have provided all information required, we will proceed with your request immediately and provide any follow-up information via email.
If insufficient information has been provided on your returns form, our team may need to contact you to confirm your wishes before proceeding, so please keep an eye on your inbox.

If the item's original packaging has been altered or damaged (e.g. attaching of returns label) or does not comply with our returns policy, your return may not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Returns Policy
Our change-of-mind returns policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law; you have consumer guarantees that we cannot limit. If the product you have ordered or received is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its intended purpose, or is different from its description, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange upon its return.
If you have purchased an item assessed to have a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of replacement or refund. If the item purchased is found to have a minor defect, we reserve the right to offer a free repair instead, which does not affect your rights under consumer law.

If the product does not meet the criteria outlined in our returns policy, our returns team will contact you. You will have the option of collecting the item from our warehouse or having the item shipped to you at your own cost. Uncollected returns will be held for a period of 90 days.
We offer the use of a prepaid label for convenience only. The cost incurred by EasyR to ship your item will be deducted from your final refund if you have selected our free standard shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any return requests or charge a restocking fee.
We do our best to ensure correct items are sent to the customers. In rare cases where a human slip-up occurs, and the product does not accurately match the description, SKU, or name, it is the customer's duty to check the part they received is correct and fits their bike as shown on the description on the packaging. If the product has been fitted without due care, the customer may not be eligible for a return.
Change of Mind Returns
Any "change of mind" returns must be made in brand-new, resalable condition and returned within 30 days to be eligible for processing.
Our change of mind policy includes purchases where we have supplied the item as ordered however you wish to return the item; for example, accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, clothing items that don't fit the way you would like, parts ordered that are not listed to suit your bike, or for any other reason where you no longer want the item we have correctly supplied. Please note that any items returned under our change of mind policy must be returned unfitted and unworn, with all tags and packaging intact, within 30 days of delivery - this includes manufacturer boxing/packaging.
We do not accept change of mind returns on the following items: Items returned after 30 days, fitted parts, Knockout (KO) Deals, Clearance items, e-Rides, and Special-ordered items.
